Activities
Many of the activities at Ross Haven Bible Camp are centered around the lake. We are blessed to be situated right on the north shore of Lac Ste. Anne, a beautiful lake with tons of wildlife and natural areas to see and enjoy.
Our 34-foot pontoon boat, the Dreadnaught, has a water slide and a diving board. Campers load up onto the pontoon boat and are driven out to a deeper spot in the lake where the water is cool and the swimming is fine. Life jackets are worn by all swimmers until they pass a swimming test given to them by our certified lifeguard.
No swimming activity would be quite complete without the option of tubing behind the speedboat!
For those campers who’d rather not have to change out of wet clothes, there are ten 16-foot canoes, a kayak, and a 26-foot voyageur canoe which seats 12!
Back on dry land, kids spend hours zipping around the go-kart track.
Field sports would not be complete without the unique camp favourite of orange fantastoball!
the playground and playing fields …
. . . and of course, campers are encouraged to expand their horizons in drama, outdoor survival, wide games, and grab bag activities.
Come enjoy our very popular nine-square court!
Sometimes, if they ask very nicely, we even let them stop to rest. 😉
